Experienced Nursing Lead

We are working with a valued client who has an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Lead or Deputy Manager to work in their nursing home based near the Gillingham area. This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, nurse management experience, as well as having excellent teaching and mentoring skills.
Key Responsibilities
The role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead, Clinical Services Manager, or Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge with a caring and quality-focused provider. The candidate is required to have an active NMC pin and have previous experience in nursing care home and a passion for elderly and dementia care.
Requirements
A qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN) is essential, with 2 years + experience working as a Clinical Lead or Deputy desirable. Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience and a genuine passion for elderly care are also required.
Interview Process
There is a 2-stage interview process: Stage 1 – Interview with the Home Manager, Stage 2 – Formal interview with Home Manager & Regional Director. A salary of £55,000 per annum is available for this role.
