Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join our Transformation Unit in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to premature, sick babies and their families.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and ambitious nurse practitioner to take on a leadership role in our tertiary level NICU. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the clinical care and management of critically ill newborns, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.
You will have completed a university-accredited course for ANNP training, leading to a master's degree in Neonatology. Your expertise will enable you to work independently, using advanced clinical knowledge and skills to provide holistic care that meets the needs of our patients and their families.
Main Responsibilities:- To assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the clinical care and management of premature, sick babies and their families.
- To work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care that meets the needs of our patients and their families.
- To promote a culture of evidence-based practice, ensuring that all care is delivered in accordance with agreed policies, protocols, and guidelines.
- To contribute to the development of our team, sharing your expertise and experience to enhance patient outcomes.
- RN or RSCN with a degree.
- ANNP qualification to a master's degree from an accredited UK University provider.
- ENB 405 (or equivalent).
- ENB 998 (or equivalent).
- Registered Non-Medical Prescriber.
The successful candidate will be required to work a standard full-time shift pattern, which includes weekends and bank holidays. We offer flexible working arrangements, including remote working options, to support our staff in achieving a healthy work-life balance.
