We are seeking a talented Visual Arts Leadership Role candidate to join our team at the Independent Association of Prep Schools. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for shaping the direction of our Art & Photography Department, developing and delivering a broad curriculum, and promoting Art Scholarship Awards and leading outreach projects with local schools.

With an estimated salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per year, this is a unique opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our students. As a highly skilled and adaptable leader, you will have proven teaching experience at both GCSE and A-Level in art and photography, expertise across art disciplines, strong subject knowledge, and a commitment to best practices in teaching and the latest in art technology.
