ECE Leadership Role

We are looking for an inspirational leader with a passion for quality childcare services. The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background, preferably a B Ed or Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE), and current teacher registration/certification. They will also have demonstrated leadership experience and a comprehensive understanding of how to maintain and grow occupancy levels.
In addition to their leadership skills, the successful candidate will be innovative, resilient, committed, passionate, and enthusiastic. They will also be familiar with the New Zealand Education Council, ERO, MOE requirements, Licensing Criteria, 2008 Regulations, and Code of Ethics.
