About the Role
We are currently seeking a dedicated pharmacy practice manager to join our client's dynamic team in Canterbury, Kent. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, and contributing to the growth and development of the business.

Responsibilities
• Manage and motivate the pharmacy team
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the commercial success of the pharmacy
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives

What You'll Need
• Registration with the GPhC
• Relevant qualifications, such as MPharm or BPharm
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience working in a pharmacy environment
