Job Summary
We offer a challenging opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled professional to take on a leadership role within our clinical team. As an Advanced Clinical Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing advanced clinical care, assessment, and treatment to a diverse patient group across various healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality clinical care, leading by example and supporting the development of junior staff.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary professionals to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, developing personalized care plans that prioritize evidence-based practice.
- Manage and review patient progress, upholding the highest standards of care.
- Pursue continuous professional development, maintaining expertise in current clinical practices and regulations.
Essential Requirements:
- A registrant with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPHC) as a pharmacist with post-registration clinical experience.
Salary Information
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary in the range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
