As a leader in our Art & Photography Department, you will be responsible for developing and delivering a broad curriculum across disciplines, including Fine Art, Fashion & Textiles, Ceramics, Printmaking, and Photography.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Leading and managing a talented team of six specialist art teachers and a full-time art technician;
  • Promoting Art Scholarship Awards and leading outreach projects with local schools;

**Requirements**

  • Proven teaching experience at both GCSE and A-Level in art and photography;
  • Expertise across art disciplines such as drawing, painting, printmaking, ceramics, and digital and chemical photography;

We estimate the salary for this role to be around **£45,000-£60,000 per annum**, depending on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive salary reflective of the senior leadership responsibilities involved.
