Enterprise Customer Growth Manager

The Enterprise Customer Growth Manager will play a critical role in driving the growth of our enterprise customer base. This will involve managing key strategic accounts, identifying and nurturing upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and working closely with our customers to ensure they are set up for success. You'll be responsible for ensuring that customers are satisfied with our solutions and that they are meeting their desired business outcomes.
We're looking for someone with a passion for cyber security and a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers. You'll need to be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and be able to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, is available for the right candidate. Additional benefits include 25 days' holiday, life insurance, and a confidential employee assistance program.
