Assistant Front Office Manager

DoubleTree by Hilton London Chelsea is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist the Front Office Team in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ensure Team Members are prepared and informed to meet guest needs.
- Manage and create exceptional first impressions for all hotel users.
- Assist the Front Office Manager in evaluating customer service levels and implementing improvements.
- Organize and delegate tasks to meet business needs.
- Operate with a sales mindset and promote the hotel brand's loyalty scheme.
- Maximize room occupancy at best rates and implement up-selling techniques.
- Assist with departmental objectives, work schedules, budgets, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team Members.
- Support and assist with training, absence monitoring, performance managing, coaching, mentoring, and developing.
About the Role:
The Assistant Front Office Manager will be responsible for assisting the Front Office Manager in overseeing the Front Office Team and ensuring that guests receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
