Prospect and Operations Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Prospect and Operations Specialist to join our client, a renowned charity, in a key leadership role. As a Prospect and Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the development of processes and procedures, as well as conducting high-quality prospect research and development.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead on prospect research and due diligence for the charity, working closely with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with fundraising, data, supporter journey, and supporter care teams to ensure joined-up working, best practice, and delivery.
- Develop and implement effective processes and procedures to support the charity's prospect research and development activities.
- Present analysis and insights to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
- Manage suppliers and external partners to ensure high-quality services and support.
Essential Criteria
- Previous experience of leading a prospect research function, preferably in a charity or not-for-profit organization.
- Ability to liaise, negotiate, and influence senior stakeholders, including charity leaders and external partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
