About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Business Policy Specialist to join our team at Ecotricity. As a Business Policy Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer-centric service to our business customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first contact resolution to business customers via inbound and outbound phone contact, electronic platforms, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Utilize proactive and positive approach to resolve customer queries, while retaining customer ownership.
  • Ensure business customer accounts are accurate and all requests are completed accurately and first time to enable precise billing.
  • Take ownership of customer complaints, prioritize, and complete to the customer's satisfaction and within agreed time scales.
  • Educate, coach, and influence customers on best practice for business energy use.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested by Leadership & Management.
Requirements
  • Thirst for knowledge and keen to broaden skills and energy industry knowledge base.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service and setting customer expectations from the off.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changes in working patterns and duties.
  • Good level of computer literacy, including Microsoft Office packages.
  • Experience of Customer Relationship Management Systems.
  • Proven track record of working in a target-focused environment and driving successful performance.
