About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Energy Specialist. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our business customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class customer service to business customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Manage and adhere to service level and resolution targets for assigned customers.
  • Engage with internal teams to ensure customer requests are completed in a timely manner.
  • Take ownership of customer queries, ensuring prompt and frequent updates.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, providing constructive feedback and supporting process improvements.
  • Ensure customer complaints are prioritized and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Educate and coach customers on best practices for business energy use.

We are looking for an individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record of success in a customer-facing role. You will have excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet targets.
