About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Energy Specialist. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our business customers, ensuring that their energy needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-class customer service to business customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Proactively resolve customer queries and issues, utilizing your knowledge of the energy industry and our products.
  • Manage and adhere to service level and resolution targets for assigned customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing for our business customers.
  • Take ownership of customer complaints and resolve them to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Continuously improve customer satisfaction by providing constructive feedback and contributing to process improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to provide expert advice to customers.

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You will have a strong understanding of the energy industry and be able to provide expert advice to customers. You will also have experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
