We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Energy Specialist. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our business customers, ensuring that their energy needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-class customer service to business customers via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Proactively resolve customer queries and issues, utilizing your knowledge of the energy industry and our products.
- Manage and adhere to service level and resolution targets for assigned customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing for our business customers.
