Job Title: Admissions & Facilities Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Admissions & Facilities Officer to join our team at Smart10 Ltd. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for managing reception, welcoming visitors, handling cash payments, issuing badges, and supporting student enrolment and marketing events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for visitors and students.
  • Handle cash payments, issue badges, and support student enrolment and marketing events as required.
  • Ensure the upkeep and security of classrooms and common areas, including photocopying, processing applications, data entry, managing sickness records, and answering calls and queries.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience required.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database systems.
  • A proactive, friendly attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
