Contract: Full Time | Permanent Vacancy

Hours: 8.30am to 4.30pm OR 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

Salary: Circa £25,500 pa +

Location: Borehamwood

We are seeking an Admissions & Facilities Officer to join our team at our Borehamwood premises. As the first point of contact, the successful applicant will manage reception, welcome visitors, handle cash payments, issue badges, and support student enrolment and marketing events as and when required.

The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and database systems. They will also possess a proactive, friendly attitude with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reception and welcome visitors
  • Handle cash payments and issue badges
  • Support student enrolment and marketing events
  • Ensure the upkeep and security of classrooms and common areas
  • Complete general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, processing applications, data entry, managing sickness records, and answering calls and queries
