**Hourly Rate: £13.15 PH**

**About the Role**:

- **Delivering excellent customer service**:

- **Good level of concentration and coordinating**:

- **Good communication skills and effective report writing capabilities**:

- **Physical protection of the premises from any external or internal threats and preservation of life**:

- **Prevention of loss of assets, critical technology, sensitive information or reputational damage**:

- **Thorough knowledge of the client to minimise impact to business areas, escalate where appropriate and understanding of critical systems**:

- **Oversee perimeter access through reception for staff, tenants, contractors, and visitors.**:

- **Undertaking patrolling, searching and emergency response procedures.**:

- **Monitor access and egress of personnel and guests and respond to breaches**:

- **Maintain clear and legible records and logbook Adhere to health & safety at all times.**:

- **Any other duties deemed necessary**:

- **Incident management.**
