Reception Team Member

We are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our team working on a part-time basis. As a Reception Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to patients and their families, handling cash transactions, and managing the hospital switchboard.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome patients and their families to the hospital
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to calls and enquiries on the hospital switchboard
  • Undertake various administrative tasks, including checking bed status reports and ordering newspapers

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A personable approach and ability to work independentlyGood basic PC skills, including Word, Excel, and OutlookExcellent communication skills at all levelsExperience in a customer service environmentKnowledge of information management systems
