We are seeking a talented Technology Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team at 279 University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.

The estimated salary for this role is £26,171 - £33,222 per annum, depending on experience. As a key member of our helpdesk team, you will be responsible for providing first-line support to customers on all matters relating to IT provision.

Your primary duties will include logging all requests for support, resolving requests directly or assigning them to other IT support teams as appropriate, and maintaining a customer focus at all times.

You will also be required to communicate clearly and positively with service users via telephone and email, work closely with other members of the UH SUSSEX Unit, and liaise appropriately with external product suppliers and contractors.

In addition, you will contribute to the identification of areas requiring service improvements and provide comments on policies and protocols as necessary.
