Based in Peterborough, we are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our team at Anne Corder Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team, supporting the delivery of HR activities and providing a first-class employee experience.

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to plan and coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate payroll reports, managing recruitment campaigns, and ensuring timely and accurate benefits administration data.

A key aspect of this role will be providing administrative support to the HR Advisor and Director, including diary management, expenses, and producing documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with colleagues at all levels.

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including enhanced pension, 25 days holiday, BUPA cash plan, and a discretionary bonus.
