Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Anne Corder Recruitment in Peterborough.

This role will involve working closely with the HR Advisor and HR Director to deliver a full support function to all People activities.

You will be responsible for ensuring organisation and planning are carried out to meet deadlines with high-quality work, providing a first-class employee experience to your colleagues.

  • Capture and create monthly payroll reports detailing hours worked, changes, alterations, and updates for the finance department and outsourced payroll provider.
  • Deliver support to hiring managers to manage recruitment campaigns successfully through to onboarding, including reference checking, right to work checks, and qualification checks.
  • Maintain timely and accurate benefits and pensions administration data for seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure the HR system (Cronos) is up-to-date and relevant by maintaining extracted data.
  • Maintain detailed training records, including the training matrix.
  • Provide robust administrative support to the HR Advisor and HR Director, including diary management, expenses, producing documentation, and processing expenses.
