Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our company as a Human Resources Coordinator.
About the Role:- This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth operations within the organization.
- Serve as the first point of contact for internal enquiries related to HR.
- Support managers and employees with various queries, including employment policies and terms.
- Provide HR administration support, such as processing new starters and conducting background checks.
- Create, maintain, and correct employee data, records, and documents.
- Demonstrate accuracy and tenacity in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Assist with troubleshooting issues related to the HR information system and escalate when necessary.
- Support the wider HR function with administrative needs.
- Manage family leave documentation and processes.
- Coordinate the recruitment cycle, including advertising vacancies and liaising with agencies.
- Prepare reports on recruitment activities, including status updates and cost analysis.
- Create guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
- Develop regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
- Participate in HR projects, such as organizing company events.
- Support HR initiatives and projects, including employee engagement programs and wellness programs.
- Manage office supplies, stationery inventory, and food orders.
- Maintain a log of employees and visitors entering and exiting the premises.
- Track and maintain records of employee visas and work permits.
- Monitor public liability insurance coverage for contractors.
- Assist in managing company vehicles, including maintenance and insurance.
- Book accommodations for employees, clients, or guests when required.
- Ensure office standards are maintained by effectively managing the cleaning provider.
