Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our company as a Human Resources Coordinator.

About the Role:
  • This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring smooth operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Serve as the first point of contact for internal enquiries related to HR.
  2. Support managers and employees with various queries, including employment policies and terms.
  3. Provide HR administration support, such as processing new starters and conducting background checks.
  4. Create, maintain, and correct employee data, records, and documents.
  5. Demonstrate accuracy and tenacity in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  6. Assist with troubleshooting issues related to the HR information system and escalate when necessary.
  7. Support the wider HR function with administrative needs.
  8. Manage family leave documentation and processes.
  9. Coordinate the recruitment cycle, including advertising vacancies and liaising with agencies.
  10. Prepare reports on recruitment activities, including status updates and cost analysis.
  11. Create guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies.
  12. Develop regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
  13. Participate in HR projects, such as organizing company events.
  14. Support HR initiatives and projects, including employee engagement programs and wellness programs.
  15. Manage office supplies, stationery inventory, and food orders.
  16. Maintain a log of employees and visitors entering and exiting the premises.
  17. Track and maintain records of employee visas and work permits.
  18. Monitor public liability insurance coverage for contractors.
  19. Assist in managing company vehicles, including maintenance and insurance.
  20. Book accommodations for employees, clients, or guests when required.
  21. Ensure office standards are maintained by effectively managing the cleaning provider.
