We are seeking a results-driven and ambitious Customer Success Manager for FSI to join our dynamic team at NCC Group.

Job Role

This role is responsible for leading the development and growth of customer accounts by shaping compelling propositions, conducting comprehensive research, and providing invaluable insights into sector-specific challenges, nuances, and needs.

As a Customer Success Manager for FSI, you will drive revenue, orders, and pipeline growth within key FSI accounts aligning with agreed objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and enhance delivery performance through cash and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Use account plans to identify key NCC Group propositions to target, based on client-specific research and intelligence gathering.
  • Serve as an account expert and cultivate thought leadership within the FSI sector, emerging trends, and technologies to ensure client success.
  • Generate clear demand signals within your accounts to guide the delivery units and inform product and service line innovation.
  • Foster knowledge sharing, client workshops, and immersion within the sector.

Requirements:

Demonstrable success in selling IT and cybersecurity solutions to clients, with Financial Services client experience a bonus.

Able to work both independently and as an integral member of a high-performing team, supporting and sharing insights with colleagues.

Salary: £62,500 - £82,500 per annum, depending on experience.
