We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst to join our team at Lifetime Training. This exciting role will involve supporting the test strategy for our software platform and pipelines, working closely with the development team to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop testing plans for data products and pipelines, including Integration Testing, Functional Testing, Non-Functional Testing, and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Design test guidelines and standards for the team.
  • Collaborate with the development team to implement test automation, setting up test scripts, test data, and automation test frameworks.
  • Support root cause analysis of defects and recommend resolution of system issues.
  • Identify test defects and recommend appropriate solutions.
What You Will Bring:
  • BUSINESS ANALYSIS: experience in working collaboratively with stakeholders to document test cases and scenarios from business requirements.
  • INDEPENDENCE: confident taking projects and running with them, not requiring micro-management.
  • ATTENTION TO DETAIL: strong eye for detail and experience in chasing down bugs to identify root causes.
  • A TEAM PLAYER: ability to work well with others, argue points of view, and make suitable compromises.
  • TECHNICAL SKILLS: experience in testing software applications, confident with SQL queries, and scripting automated test routines.

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
