About the Role:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Marshall. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for performing standardized quality control checks on our company products to ensure they meet the required legal and company standards for safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining company inspection reports
  • Inspecting goods or products according to quality and safety standards
  • Managing, controlling, and administering the calibration process
  • Reporting quality anomalies
  • Collating test data and issuing quality reports
  • Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality control processes
  • Leading internal issues investigations
  • Participating in the on-site customer Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) process
  • Undertaking incoming inspections of parts from external Suppliers and internal manufacturing units
  • Inspection and testing of manufactured products and assemblies

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of inspection processes and test equipment
  • High-level of visual awareness
  • Experience drafting reports and collating data
  • Substantial experience of operating in an ISO9001 Quality Systems environment
  • Knowledge of quality tools for fault diagnosis and root cause analysis
  • A high degree of competence in interpreting technical drawings, specification, tolerances, and drawing symbols
