Customer Experience Strategist

As a Customer Experience Strategist at Harnham, you will lead a team responsible for providing insights on end-to-end customer journeys. You will gather insights from surveys and other data sets to optimise customer journeys and enhance advocacy, loyalty, and customer experience. You will analyse Voice of the Customer (VoC) and Speech Analytics data using qualitative and quantitative methods for all customer groups.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team to provide insights on end-to-end customer journeys
- Analyse VoC and Speech Analytics data using qualitative and quantitative methods
- Optimise customer journeys to enhance advocacy, loyalty, and customer experience
Requirements
- Strong experience in the customer insights space
- Line management experience preferable
Benefits
- £60,000-£70,000 (dependent on experience)
