Job Overview

Brook Street is seeking a highly skilled National Sales Director to drive the growth of our commercial business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own sales pipeline while working closely with local branches to identify and convert large prospective clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand Brook Street's customer base and solidify its presence in the market.
  • Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in Brook Street's commercial operations.
  • Build and promote healthy, long-lasting customer relationships during the sales pursuit.
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to convert new clients.
  • Provide regular sales pipeline reports and updates to Heads of Regions.
  • Collaborate with local branches and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Lead negotiations with key clients and partners.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a national sales management role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
  • Highly motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Strong decision-making abilities.
  • Willing to travel frequently.
