Job Overview
Brook Street is seeking a highly skilled National Sales Director to drive the growth of our commercial business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing your own sales pipeline while working closely with local branches to identify and convert large prospective clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand Brook Street's customer base and solidify its presence in the market.
- Establish and maintain productive relationships with key personnel in Brook Street's commercial operations.
- Build and promote healthy, long-lasting customer relationships during the sales pursuit.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to convert new clients.
- Provide regular sales pipeline reports and updates to Heads of Regions.
- Collaborate with local branches and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Lead negotiations with key clients and partners.
- Stay informed about industry developments and emerging trends.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a national sales management role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a business.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and planning capabilities.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Highly motivated and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong decision-making abilities.
- Willing to travel frequently.
