Customer Service and Administration Specialist

**Job Description:**
The primary objective of this role is to deliver outstanding customer service, meet KPIs, and strive for continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:
• Confirming receipt of orders to customers within 24 hours
• Applying the company's credit control policy to ensure timely payments
• Processing sales orders through delivery
• Arranging delivery with hauliers/shipping lines
• Raising customs, import, and export documentation as required
• Maintaining contract records and shipment/delivery spreadsheets accurately
• Obtaining and issuing quality certificates
• Handling general customer enquiries and complaints effectively
• Maintaining complaint records
**Salary:** The estimated salary for this role is £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
