Job Description

At Vertiv, we are committed to delivering innovative solutions that keep critical technologies running 24/7. As a Channel IT Reseller Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth through managed reseller partners across the region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create and manage partner business plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify, recruit, and onboard partners through the Vertiv Partner Program.
  • Develop technical competency and support sales enablement for partners.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and partner events.
  • Perform site surveys to scope and qualify customer technical and commercial requirements.
  • Manage quotations and facilitate bid management through Vertiv's Quote to Order process.
  • Manage all additional account management functions, including operations, stock control, and contact management.
  • Support demonstrations, planning, and accompanying partners/end users both domestically and internationally.
  • Manage channel conflict and deal registration.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable technology or business field.
  • Excellent people management and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong channel development and management experience of at least 5+ years.
  • Outstanding track record in achieving sales targets.
  • International English at advanced level.
  • Significant experience managing sales or multiple component products/programs.
  • Familiarity with sales channels, including IT Distribution, Electrical Distribution, Value Added Resellers, System Integrators, and Electrical & Mechanical Contractors.
