About the Role

At Vertiv, we're looking for a skilled Channel IT Reseller Manager to drive sales growth through managed reseller partners in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage partner business plans, setting targets and working to achieve sales targets and KPI commitments.
  • Identify, recruit, onboard, and progress partners through the Vertiv Partner Program.
  • Develop technical competency of each partner and support sales enablement.
  • Roll out promotional activity, product launches, and plan partner events.
  • Perform site surveys to scope and qualify customer requirements.
  • Select product mixes, develop solutions, and manage quotations.
  • Facilitate bid management through Vertiv's Quote to Order process.
  • Manage CRM tools, pipeline management, and forecasting.
  • Manage account management functions, such as operations, stock control, and contact management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable technology or business field.
  • Excellent people management and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Strong channel development and management experience.
  • Outstanding sales track record.
  • International English at advanced level.
  • Experience managing sales, multiple component products/programs, and PowerBI reports.
  • Familiarity with sales channels and technology verticals.
