We are currently seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join one of our clients in London on a locum basis. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality social care services.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

The successful candidate will have a Qualification Credit Framework level 3 (QCF) in health and social care and previous experience working with adults in a social care or health setting. The ideal candidate will be able to undertake backlogs of reviews, carry out social care tasks, and work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
