**The Role**
We're seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team in Islington, London. As a key member of our homecare team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional care services to our clients.
**Job Summary**
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning and coordination of care worker rotas, conducting regular reviews of individual services, and participating in multidisciplinary reviews of service users' needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the planning and coordination of care worker rotas, taking into account the specific needs of each client and the skills and attributes of the care workers.
- Conduct regular reviews of individual services, including repeated and renewed needs and risk assessments.
- Participate in multidisciplinary reviews of service users' needs, working closely with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders.
- Shadow new care workers in the field to ensure their competence and provide on-site observation and evaluation of care worker practice.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in carrying out initial risk and needs assessments in respect of individual service users.
- Able to work in partnership with service users, their family, carers, advocates, healthcare professionals, and others to deliver holistic packages of individual care support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accurate records.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of up to £26,840 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits, including:
- 22 days holiday (increasing to 25 days after 3 years' service) plus bank holidays.
