National Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at POST Recruitment. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with our existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular account reviews with customers to demonstrate value and ROI
- Ensure customers are kept informed about new products and services, and have a clear understanding of our pricing structure
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Utilize a consultative sales process to connect with customers, gather requirements, provide insights, and recommend products
- Offer product support and deliver training to customers
- Stay up-to-date with market trends to support customers with challenges and opportunities
- Maintain a CRM database of customers
- Collaborate with Area Sales Managers, internal Account Managers, and Head Office Support teams
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a field-based Key Account Manager role
- Experience selling a service rather than a tangible product
- Experience dealing with complex data
- Experience planning a sales territory
- B2B sales experience is essential
- Experience applying a sales methodology, such as Challenger, SPIN, or SNAP
- Basic salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
