We are seeking an Executive Support Coordinator to provide crucial secretariat support to Senior Leaders and HR Projects at Triumph Consultants Ltd. This is a temporary position that offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in an administrative role.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support for business-as-usual work within the RMO, including diary management, mailboxes, and event planning. You will also be working closely with our HR team to provide administrative support for HR's recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting senior leaders, governance meetings, and undertaking logistical tasks
  • Providing administrative support for HR's recruitment requirements, including uploading adverts onto the Met's recruitment portal, collating applications, and arranging interviews
  • Tracking vacancies and recruitment activity, as well as on-boarding for new staff

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience, strong IT skills, including Microsoft packages or equivalent, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
