About the Role

We are a forward-thinking organization seeking an experienced Corporate Event Manager to plan and execute impactful customer events that support our business objectives.

This role includes:

  • Project managing global and regional events to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Managing external agencies and coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution
  • Developing project scope and milestone-driven plans to meet deadlines and budget requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment rental
  • Analyzing and evaluating event effectiveness to inform future marketing strategies
  • Executing sponsorship opportunities to enhance brand presence and revenue growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
  • 5-8 years of work experience in event management or a related field
  • Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
