Your Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver top-notch customer service and act as the first point of contact for our customers

* Facilitate efficient collaboration with external contractors
* Ensure that health and safety protocols are strictly adhered to
* Assist with smooth transitions during resident moves-in
* Organise events and foster a strong sense of community among residents
* Swiftly respond to emergencies and provide reassurance
* Develop long-lasting relationships with residents and their families
* Work closely with internal teams, including Sales, Development, and Completions

Your Requirements:
* Proven experience in property management and health and safety
* Highly professional and well-organised individual
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong technical skills, especially proficiency in Google Workspace
