Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our team at NJR Recruitment. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our business by maintaining and building high-level relationships with major client accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Support the sales team in maintaining and building relationships with key client accounts
- Communicate with customers on a daily basis to ensure any queries are dealt with swiftly
- Process customer orders within 24 hours of receipt
- Regularly communicate with the warehouse team to ensure effective fulfillment of orders
- Monitor sales orders to ensure delivery deadlines are being met
- Chase and manage sales forecasts from customers
- Manage forward orders, back orders, and forecasted stock
- Deal with credit issues and provide information to the relevant internal department
- Raise and manage overseas factory orders
- Monitor sales and work with the management team to push sales and identify opportunities
- Assist with online product upload and listing
- Experience in a sales, buying, or merchandising administrator role
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Able to work on own initiative
- Enjoys working as part of a wider team
