**About Our Client**
Our client is a leading supplier of giftware products, a renowned name in the industry.
**The Role**
- Day-to-day administrative tasks for the National Account team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient communication.
- Collaborate closely with National Account Managers to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Manage dispatch and delivery processes, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
- Respond to customer inquiries from National retailers, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Attend trade shows and industry events to promote the company's products and services.
- Monitor personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
**The Ideal Candidate**
- Previous experience in Sales Administration, preferably within National Accounts, but not essential.
- Proven track record of dealing with retail customers, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Experience in non-food FMCG would be advantageous, but not a requirement.
