- Familiarity with data management systems, including CRM platforms like Salesforce or SAP.

- Willingness to work full-time in an office environment, with the ability to commute daily.
Role Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain the CRM sales databases, ensuring accurate data entry, management, and reporting.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries, logging and analyzing requests, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Generate and analyze daily reports using Excel, focusing on customer spending patterns and sales performance.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and analyze the sales pipeline.
