About the Role

We're seeking a Head of Revenue to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies. As a Head of Revenue, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Designing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborating with marketing to ensure effective campaign execution.
  • Tracking team performance and addressing obstacles to success.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Significant experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
  • A data-driven approach with strong financial acumen.
  • New openings experience.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
