Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Internal Sales Representative to join our team at Breedon Group plc. As an Internal Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing sales support, and managing customer orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to our customers, answering their calls promptly and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Enquiry Management: Keep track of all customer enquiries with precision, creating and pricing quotations quickly and accurately.
  • Order Management: Process and confirm order acknowledgments, managing and tracking all customer orders to ensure every lead is followed up to a win or loss.
  • Reporting: Impress the Commercial Manager with detailed weekly reports by highlighting key sales data, including won/lost orders and major enquiries.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to sell additional products and upsell with every enquiry, resolving invoice queries within 7 days and maintaining a flawless query log.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the Distributions team by handling calls and enquiries, aiming for first-call resolution, and step in to assist other departments as needed.
