National Area Sales Representative
About the PositionFrench Selection UK is looking for a seasoned sales expert to lead our sales efforts in England and Wales.
Main Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective sales strategies
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Analyse market trends to inform sales decisions and stay ahead of competitors
- Present and promote French Selection UK's products and services to prospective clients
- Manage and track sales performance, providing regular reports to management
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to launch promotional campaigns
- Represent the company at industry events to raise brand awareness
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Significant experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- A results-driven attitude and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales tools
- A valid UK driving licence
This position offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a £70,000 annual salary (base £50,000 + commission £20,000), aligned with the national average sales income for the sector.
