Cartref Homes is a large, comfortable home located in a beautiful rural area. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Intellectual Disability Support Professional to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will work alongside a team of caring professionals to provide round-the-clock support to adults with intellectual disabilities, autism, and mental health difficulties.

Your role will involve helping our tenants transition into the community and develop essential life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and planning their day. You will also accompany tenants to local amenities and attractions, ensuring they have access to the community and providing emotional support when needed.
