In this fulfilling role, you will assist with daily activities such as cooking, cleaning, and planning their day. Additionally, you will accompany tenants to local amenities and attractions, ensuring they have access to the community and providing emotional support when needed.
Supporting our tenants in building meaningful relationships, planning for the future, and developing personal budgeting skills will be a vital part of your responsibilities. You will also play a crucial role in helping them explore employment opportunities, providing the necessary guidance and assistance.

Support Worker Qualification and Experience Requirements:
- Genuine passion for providing exceptional care to others
- Previous experience is not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training, but prior professional or personal experience in delivering care is desirable, especially with children or adults who have learning difficulties
- We will arrange for you to obtain a Care Certificate during your induction, if required
- Car driver essential

- Excellent written English and basic numeracy skills

Support Worker shifts
The role of Support Worker is full time at 37.5 hours per week with shifts. You will be required to work a mix of early and late shifts, some weekends and some bank holidays. This is not an overnight role. Early and late shift times are as follows:
- Early: 7:45am to 3:15pm
- Late: 2:45pm to 10:15pm
Sutton End
Sutton End is a large, comfortable home and is located in the beautiful rural area of Sutton Valence. Own transport is essential due to the location of the home.
