**Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum**

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Caregiver Specialist to join our team at Cartref Homes. As a key member of our community living program, you will work closely with individuals with intellectual disabilities to provide support and assistance with daily activities.

Your role will involve accompanying tenants to local amenities, helping them develop essential life skills, and assisting with cooking, cleaning, and planning their day. You will also play a crucial role in supporting our tenants in building meaningful relationships, planning for the future, and developing personal budgeting skills.

To be successful in this role, you must have a genuine passion for providing exceptional care to others. While previous experience is not mandatory, prior professional or personal experience in delivering care is desirable, especially with children or adults who have learning difficulties.
