Learning Disability Support Worker

We are looking for a highly motivated Learning Disability Support Worker to join our team in Sutton-in-Ashfield. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will have a positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities. You will be responsible for assisting with daily activities and providing emotional support.
Key responsibilities include building meaningful relationships, communicating effectively, and working flexibly to meet the needs of our service users.
Requirements- A genuine passion for supporting others
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 per annum, plus 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time) + a variety of benefits including pension and holiday buying options.
