Job Title: Support Worker
">We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in London. As a Support Worker, you will be working with individuals with learning disabilities in a residential home setting.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Health and Social Care">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills">
- Able to work independently and as part of a team">
- Flexible and willing to work varying shifts, including weekends and bank holidays">
