About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary care services and specialist interventions for offenders. The post holder will support junior colleagues and assist the Primary care manager in delivering a nurse-led integrated service.
Main Responsibilities
- Design and deliver healthcare services tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide training and support to clinical and prison staff to enable the team to work efficiently and effectively as part of a Multi Professional Team.
Requirements
- Professional Qualification RGN/RMN
- Experience of multi-professional collaboration, including working in partnership with other statutory and voluntary organisations.
- Experience of setting, monitoring, and evaluating standards of care.
- Experience of working within secure environments or prison settings.
- Working knowledge of current issues and agendas facing prison and offender healthcare.
