Customer Journey Manager

One Utility Bill is a tech business that bundles household bills into one fixed monthly payment. As our Sales Support Assistant, you will be part of our Growth teams, working closely with our Executive Assistant to Director of Growth & Sales to drive the success of our B2C Sales targets.
Your key responsibilities will include completion of weekly and monthly reporting, conducting analysis to guide decision-making, monitoring customer self-sign-ups, and contacting inbound leads to progress them to package completion. You will also be responsible for supporting our B2C Sales teams, Partnerships team, and Marketing team in various tasks.

- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident phone manner and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
