Customer Service Role at Arnold Clark

We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team at Arnold Clark. As a customer service manager, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience, from initial enquiry to delivery.

About the Role

In this role, you will be working as part of a cohesive team, providing excellent customer service and support to customers. You will be responsible for preparing the showroom and cars for the day ahead, assisting with showroom presentation and advertising, and supporting the Sales department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare the showroom and cars for the day ahead
  • Assist with showroom presentation and advertising
  • Support the Sales department and deliver excellent customer experience
  • Organise and accompany customers on test drives
  • Swot up on our vehicles and manufacturers
  • Enhance the customer journey from enquiry to delivery

Requirements

  • Confident communicator with a positive attitude
  • Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure an outstanding customer experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • Desire for career progression into car sales
